Exception: Refunds may be granted if the eSIM is not functional due to reasons attributable to us, provided that you contact support within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds may also be granted if the eSIM has not been installed or activated and the User requests a refund. In such cases, a fee of 3 EUR will be charged.
